Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of TN with a $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 insurance policy.

We are fully licensed and insured, however, some parks require them to be added to the insurance. This could take up to a week. Please notify us ASAP so we can see if this is possible for your specific park. We will make every effort for your special day!

Payment is due in full at time of arrival for setup. You can pay via Cash, Venmo, Paypal (mobile or our website).

Yes, a 1$ deposit is required at time of booking.

We do not care about rain, per say. We only care about wind speed and thunderstorms. Our units are extremely water resistance, as well as the blowers. We will only cancel if wind speed for your event will be at or above 15mph.

Do not turn off the blower unless winds exceed 15mph. As long as it is light rain and there is no lightning feel free to continue the party. In the event of lightening evacuate the area immediately. We do not issue refunds once the items have been delivered.

We must deliver, setup, and pickup all items as required by our insurance. There is no delivery fee if within 30 mile radius!

No. The blower only needs to be on during use. Please allow the inflatable to fully inflate before letting anyone inside the unit. No kids on the unit will inflating / deflating. If its a overnight rental we ask you move the blower to safe, secure location overnight.
