Light rain is usually not a problem—our inflatables and blowers are water-resistant and can handle wet conditions. What we really watch for is wind and lightning. For safety reasons, Inflatables-R-Us will cancel or reschedule your rental if sustained wind speeds are forecasted at 15 mph or higher, or if there’s a high chance of thunderstorms during your event.

We always prioritize safety and will keep in close communication if weather becomes a concern.

If it begins to rain after setup, you may continue using the inflatable in light rain—just be sure there’s no lightning and wind speeds are below 15 mph.

• Do not turn off the blower unless wind speeds exceed 15 mph.

• If lightning is present, evacuate the inflatable immediately and wait for conditions to clear.

• Please note: No refunds are issued once equipment has been delivered and set up, regardless of weather.

The blower only needs to be on while the inflatable is in use. Always allow the unit to fully inflate before letting anyone inside, and never let children enter while it’s inflating or deflating.

For overnight rentals, we ask that you disconnect the blower and store it in a safe, dry location until the next morning. Safety first!
