Event: Pie Festival – Pay 2 Play

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the pay2play event (“Event”), I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and my minor child or ward (if applicable), hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless Inflatables-R-Us LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and my minor child or ward, and agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by the Event organizers.

3. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with my participation or the participation of my minor child or ward in the Event, including any actions taken by other participants.

4. MEDICAL TREATMENT
I authorize Inflatables-R-Us LLC to secure any necessary medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event for myself or my minor child or ward. I agree that I will be responsible for any and all costs associated with such medical treatment.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINOR PARTICIPANT
I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to ensure the safety, supervision, and protection of my minor child or ward while participating in the Event. I further agree that it is my responsibility to maintain appropriate care, control, and insurance coverage for my minor child or ward during the Event.

6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Tennessee.

7. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and enter into it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. I understand that by signing below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, for myself and on behalf of my minor child or ward.
